Vessel designed to investigate the risk of affecting people using the Hazard Analysis

In this study, 35 cases of potential risks have been identified in float service. PHA risk analysis methods to identify errors in the design phase has been floating. After identifying the hazards and risk analysis for high-risk by Pareto chart analysis of corrective actions taken on risks. After correcting the identified risks risk of re-analysis of the effect has been fixed.
