Pathology of salary system in the Creative Industries for keeping khnowlege workers, case study the Persian Broadcasting Media Center
Undoubtedly, the contemporary era, is the organizations era, and custodians of these organizations are human beings. Human resource knowledge workers as the most important competitive advantages as well as the ability of the organization are considered the most important intangible asset. Organizations believe that staff should be the basis for improving the quality and efficiency of all processes of organizations. In this paper, the impact on performance, attitude and behavior of employees of Creative Industries to benefit from the salary and pathology were examined to thereby maintain and retain employees, especially knowledge workers of media is provided. This research aims to pathology staff payroll system of the Persian Broadcasting Media Center is done. The research method is descriptive survey after collecting and analyzing data to help Friedman test rating of damages has been paid. The results showed that the variables (equity payment, payment level, motivation, performance evaluation, pay and level of commitment to the organization, pay based on job performance and satisfaction) factors affecting the retention of employees of Creative Industries have been.
