The research method in terms of the nature of data is mixed (qualitative and quantitative) and in terms of purpose is applied and developmental. in order to collect the components from the qualitative method and finally after initial approval of the components and in the examination of the relationship between the structure , a quantitative part of confirmatory factor analysis was the statistical population of this study is in qualitative part , experts of this field ( pundits , university professors and school managers ) . the choice of this society is due to the involvement of these groups in the training of school administrators , so the participants in the quality department of 10 years and most of the university professors who had a master 's degree and a doctoral degree were set up to 20 , where the sampling end was determined using a theoretical impregnation technique using a systematic method of measurement . in relation to the volume of statistical population in the quantitative section ( after design of questionnaire ) , all managers of the education and education schools of the Lorestan province were selected based on the formula of cochran s sample , which were data collection tools : In the qualitative part , the semi - structured interview was used to achieve the validity and validity of the study through the renewed method and extracted from the results of the qualitative section , where the validity of the tool was obtained by means of analysis factor analysis and its reliability through the return test method for the total questionnaire of 795 - of . the number of questionnaires was nine questions that after the interview and interview analysis , the questionnaire was Qualitative data analysis consisted of four main stages : open coding , axial coding , selective coding and coding of codes . in this chapter , we used semi - structured interviews to collect data and analyze them in the way of qualitative content analysis . to analyze the data in the validation phase and in the quantitative part of the confirmatory factor analysis and amos software was used . first , in the qualitative part of the research , conducted in the semi - structured interview and analysis of theoretical foundations and literature , led to the identification of 17 components in the following dimensions for the training model of school managers . These components include elements (1- Program formulation , 2 - formulation of goals) In the following , the learning strategies include components( 3 - Organizing strategies , 4 ) employing 5- patterns of teaching , The following personality traits include components(6- expertise , 7 - owning a scientific and 8- central) The contents of the program include components( 9 - Review of content , 10- setting content in terms of competence , 11 - care for individual), In the post - management skills include components(12- Skills 13 . Performance evaluation of skills ( 14 - employment of skills 15 . operational research ) and then the evaluation includes elements(16- Evaluation Metrics 17 - Perform Evaluation) the first stage of this study was identified . it was found that 17 categories or factors were the primary dimensions of training of school managers . in order to determine how among the 17 identified categories of " personality trait , content review , operational research , assessment of skills and utilization of skills " were omitted from 0.05 from the critical value of 0.05 from the model and the final model was estimated using 12 categories and each 12 categories Therefore , the final model consists of 12 components as follows :(1-Programming 2-Formulating goals), In the following , the learning strategies of the components(3- Training Strategies , 4 . Organization of Learning Strategies 5 – Using), then content of the component program ( 6- content regulation in terms of competencies 7. Attention to the needs of the individual and the community), In the aftermath of the component management skills(8-Skills training), In the dimension of the managerial personality trait(9- Central justice and10-expertise and expertise), And then the evaluation of indicators(11- assessment criteria,12- Perform Evaluation) it was confirmed.the results of the research findings can be explained and explained that the principal institutions of the country 's higher education system have lacked a specific framework for training and planning long - term planning to train managers in the country . the current departure of higher education to train school managers is generally lacking in practical approach to undergraduate , master and doctoral graduates . therefore , the model developed in this research can in order to achieve the proper goals and pattern of training of school administrators who can create a bright future for the generation of today and tomorrow , changes to the current program of training management courses should be made . because a manager and education leader should have good knowledge , skills and attitudes . on the other hand , seminars , workshops and studies of new internal and external research in educational management can help increase school managers competency . therefore establishment of such courses can be suggested to responsible organizations , including education , the ministry of science and politics and planners to take appropriate measures to revise the curriculum in higher education and to use up-to-date content and to work in line with international standards.
