Study on stay of proceedings and enforcement of punishment in the administrative offenses

Proceedings to administrative offenses of employees in administrative offenses Trial boards Which has begun in accordance with the Administrative offenses Trial Law and related Regulations and enforcement of administrative punishments about them in some cases will be permanently stayed and the possibility of continuing the proceedings and the enforcement of the punishment shall be permanently lost prosecution of the accused shall be ceased in cases of death, retirement, redemption, resignation, permanent dismissal from government service، a matter adjudicated and the imposition of penalties by the authorities subject to Article 12 of the Administrative offenses Trial Law . Also, in cases for reasons attributable to the convicted employee including death, retirement, redemption and disaffirmation of the decisions of the administrative offenses Trial boards by the Administrative Justice Court or by the Supreme Supervisory Board and change of decision by the issuing board ،enforcement of the administrative punishments is ceased. This article with descriptive and analytical method discusses the stopping cases of proceedings and the enforcement of administrative penalties.
