Performance assessment of Iran` border markets With BSC model

border regions are sensitive and strategic of country in which due to some natural and economical potential lacks, especially in agricultural and industrial districts and has some difference and space or regional imbalances with border regions and then is faced with situations such as unemployment, increasing migration, goods contraband and etc. one of government valuable preparations in respect to organization of economic and life style of these people and then establishment of economical and social and political security in these region, establishment of border market close to common borders with neighbor countries that seems to despite difficulties has positive effects on surrounded country. So in this article with respect to broad role of these markets due to economical, social, cultural and also logistic of the region the purpose of this study is performance assessment of border markets with balanced score carts comprehensive way (BSC).
Research

statistical population in this study is including 41 people of employments, managements and experts of head office of custom house in Keramnshah province and border market of Parviz Khan and in average 1700 people customers of these markets such as traders, buyers and sellers which were determined with respect to frequency of customers, volume sample by simple sampling method of 347 people. Also in order to data collection the expert questionnaire was used and for data analyzing the t-test was used.

the finding shows that in three views of customer, financial and inside process had most amount of balance and in the view of growth and learning had lowest amount of balance.
