Identification and Evaluation of Planning and Design Criteria of The Police Centers Using the Passive Defense Approach(Case Study: Police Stations of Pardis City)
Due to the important role Of the Police Stations in Conserving and maintaining order and security during and after the crisis, these centers, should minimize casualties and losses to play the most effective performance After the crisis. The main purpose of this research is to identify and evaluate the planning and Design criteria of the Pardis Police centers with the passive defense approach. The method used in this study due to combined use of quantitative and qualitative methods is considered as a combination method. In order to extract the criteria and valuation of effective indicators in the research, the documentary and library methods were used and the entropy and topsis methods were used to evaluate and weight the indicators. Among the four police centers in the city of Pardis, the Shahid Hojaji Station located in the first phase, scored the highest score, and Shahid Abbas Duran Station, located in the eighth phase, received the last rating. Among the 23 indicators used in the model, the highest weight belongs to the distance from the fire stations, the distance from the Sensitive centers and the distance from the economic centers, the least weight dedicated to the ratio of height to width, the ratio of length to the width and material of the facade of the buildings.
