America's Trump Policy, International Agreements and Foreign Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Foreign policy of the countries is always in the midst of the value system and the national characteristics that govern them which shapes their national identity as a nation – state and in line with national interests and achieving their short, medium and long term goals, they are theoretically and operationally. The United States, as a superpower of the international system and the Islamic Republic of Iran, as a regional power in the Middle East, They are no exception. The purpose of this research is to use a descriptive-explanatory method and adopt a comparative approach, within the framework of strategic foreign policy model theory, explaining the Foreign Policy of the America's Trump and the Islamic Republic of Iran and The approach of two countries to international agreements. Although in this article, we are looking to answer the main question that Donald Trump's conflict approach against international agreements and withdrawal from some of these agreements, such as Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), as a change in US foreign policy's grand strategy and is the country's desire for isolationism in international politics? The main hypothesis of the paper is that this kind of approach, it is purely tactical to change the strategic goals of foreign policy of other countries, including the America's friend and foe, with the aim of accepting America hegemony in the field of international politics by them and consolidation of its supreme power in the international system. Also, research findings show that Iran should, by détente with its regional rivals, such as Turkey and Saudi Arabia and, through the creation of a bilateral monetary and bank mechanism with the European Union such as: creation a common Investment Bank and Political & Economic Coalition with BRICS Countries Create a soft balance against the United States.
