Comparison of Effectiveness Self-Care Returns Two Methods of Focus Group Discussions and Teach-Back on Lifestyle of Pregnant Women
Pregnancy is a very important and critical stage in women's lives. The support and support of women in this era will greatly help them to cope with the tensions of this period. This study was conducted to compare the effectiveness of self-care education with two methods of return education and group discussion focused on lifestyle of pregnant women.
This research was conducted in 2018 in Gonabad city, in which 90 pregnant women were selected and randomly divided into two groups of intervention and one control group. The training program was designed in accordance with the Teach-Back procedure and a focused group discussion for each intervention group. The data gathering tool was a demographic questionnaire, and a Walker-enhancing lifestyle questionnaire, and self-care checklist that were completed in three groups before and one month after intervention. The training program was conducted for intervention groups and the control group did not receive any training. Evaluation of the effects of the training program was conducted one month after the training. The results were analyzed by SPSS software. and P value less than 0.05 was considered significant.
The results of this study showed, In all dimensions of lifestyle, the stress management in both groups after intervention significantly increased. there was a significant difference between the three groups in the lifestyle between the three groups of interventional intervention, The central focus was on the return method.
