resilience is a strategic Concept for increasing the sustainability of urban assets that has both the sensitivity and the urgency of arterial energy infrastructure, including electricity. Because any external shocks and threats to it can seriously disrupt the lives of cities due to the modern nature of urbanization and urbanization. In this regard, in the present study, an applied approach and a descriptive-analytical methodology have been attempted to analyze the resilience of electricity arterial infrastructure in Mashhad metropolis. In this process, Delphi method was used to collect resilience indices and Arc GIS 10-3 software as well as fuzzy TOPSIS model was used for spatial analysis of this problem. The results show that first the resilience indices in the arterial infrastructure are in terms of grid congestion pattern, grid design pattern and grid placement pattern. Its space in Arc GIS 10-3 shows vulnerability and consequently lower resilience to arterial electricity infrastructure than other areas of the city.
