The Role of Communication Skills and Entrepreneurial Attitudes with Mental Health Employees of Ardabil Tejarat Bank
Attention to employees 'mental health can affect empowerment and improve the quality of their performance in relation to communication skills and entrepreneurial tendencies. Therefore, the present research studies the role of communication skills and entrepreneurial tendencies with employees' mental health.
This research is in terms of the objective and the correlation method.The statistical population consisted of all employees of Ardabil Trade Bank of Iran which according to the Cochran formula 171 samples were collected and collected by simple random sampling method among the statistical population and completed.Data collection was done by Goldberg standard questionnaire (2006), Barton (1990), Glenn and Pood (1989), Des and Lumpkin (2005). Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariable regression were used with SPSS 20 software to test the research model.
The results of the research showed that the tendency towards entrepreneurship, perception of social trust, and entrepreneurial talent is larger than 0.05, while the entrepreneurial intention with the value of 0.009, which is smaller than 0.05, is confirmed.
The results showed that the mental health of the staff is at the optimal level, however, until it reaches the ideal level. The results of the hypothesis test showed that there is a positive and significant effect on verbal skills, listening skills, feedback, innovation, risk taking, pioneering, aggressive approach, and employee's independence on their mental health.
