The purpose of this paper is to investigate the behavior of children at the time of crossing the street when leaving the school with regard to noise. Unobtrusive observation of two groups of children that each groups include children with age between 7 – 11 at two crosswalks near an elementary school. For each child observed, for unsafe behaviors were taken: 1- Not stopping at the curb 2- Not looking before crossing the road 3- Attempting to cross when a car is nearing 4- Running across the road School children who are close to the street and the noise of vehicles to local school children who are slow In this observation, consider that the children who cross with and without an accompanying adult and compare the results with correlations factor of them. At the end of the study, find that teaching traffic regulations for children in elementary school is enough or not. If not, what should do for increasing children ability for cross safety on roads.
