Psychometric Assessment of Factors Affecting Endurance and Extending the Life of National Team Athletes

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the survival and prolongation of national championship athletes' lives. The purpose of this study is applied research and data search is a combination of exploratory data analysis and field data collection. The statistical population of the qualitative section includes all experts of selected sport federations of the country and the statistical population includes all the officials, experts and coaches of the national swimming federation, athletics and gymnastics and national team athletes. The data collection tool in the qualitative part of the in-depth interview with experts and in the quantitative part was a 72-item researcher-made questionnaire from the qualitative part. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis by SPSS software version 21 and LISEREL version 8.8. The findings of the present study showed that the questionnaire of validity and reliability of factors affecting the longevity of national team athletes' championships in international and Olympic competitions.
