Designing an Employee Reception Area Development Model (Case Study of Imam Ali Officer University)
Developing the zone of acceptance is very important for military organizations and especially for Imam Ali Military Academy as the center of higher education in I.R.I. Army. In the first stage of current mixed method research, the comprehensive model of zone of acceptance designed through employing grounded theory methodology and in-depth interviews with experts. In the second stage, there were quantitative tests about the relationship between the produced model factors. The results show that, the most effective factors on the personnel zone of acceptance are the acceptability of commander and compliant competence. On the other hand, the strategies that extending the zone of acceptance including 7 components (meritocracy, proper socialization, various relationships, varied rewards system, training, empowerment, and management by objective) were recognized that all of them affected by organization and the society and affected the zone of acceptance. Employing the detected actions of human resource management, Imam Ali Military Academy is able to extend the zone of acceptance of its staff.
