Protecting patients' privacy from the point of view of jurisprudence and subject matter
Privacy is one of the important values that all human societies care about. With the advent of information technology, the importance and ease of infringing this right has become more important as well as the privacy of individuals. Privacy in different environments encompasses a wide range of behaviors. The concept of privacy is of particular importance in the field of medical services as well as the care and treatment of individuals and their privacy. Failure to respect this privacy has created challenges for patients, physicians and nurses. Some of these challenges are due to the lack of physical space and personnel needed and so on which result in dissatisfaction for clients and ultimately disruption to the treatment process. Regarding the importance of the subject, this article aims to investigate the legal and legal protections of patients' privacy to library resources and field observations by health practitioners. What ilds remarkable as a result of this research is that in the jurisprudence books, the issue of privacy and the necessity of preserving it has been mentioned in various debates, and this law has been considered as an important value in the laws of different subjects.
