The survey on the relationship between organizational change and effectiveness of relations among Naja employees (Case study: Sanandaj town)
Due to modern nature in which we are living there is great difference among nowadays and past organizations. In other words, organizational change for survival and continuation of organization life is unavoidable. Therefore the purpose of this research was to survey on the relationship between effectiveness of internal relations and acceptance of change among Naja employees in Sanandaj town. The statistical universe of this research consists of 226 people and sample size was 110 people who were selected through Cochran formula by census method. At the end 80 questionnaires were analyzed. The tools of data collection were Shalenberg (2009) effective internal relations standard questionnaires of and Alonig (2009) acceptance of change questionnaires. The results of current research showed that there was a significant linear relationship between effective internal relations with supporting of change, tendency to cooperate for change and acceptance of change in Naja employees of Sanandaj town. Also there was not a significant relationship between disciplinary centers from the view point of effectiveness of relations and acceptance of change.
