Ranking methods of financing transport projects in municipality of Tehran

Abstract:

The purpose of the ranking of financing methods of transportation projects, help to improve productivity, maintain and prevent the waste of resources. In this article it has been tried to review the position of finance transport projects in the Municipality of Tehran, commonly used methods of evaluating and ranking it gets. To this end, reviewing the literature, conventional methods of financing in the field of transport were identified. Then, indexes of methods were extracted and by interviews with experts in the fields of urban economy, transport, urban management and financial management, were weighted and initialized. In continuous, using TOPSIS technique, the collected data was analyzed. According to this gotten results refer to index of mechanism of division profit from aspect of finance receiver, ability to run in urban management and index of mechanism of division profit from aspect of finance sender, have the most influence to evaluation of utility methods. In order to finance urban transport projects in .Tehran, a total use of domestic bank loans and Sukuk are the highest priority for deployment
