The effect of job turnover on job enthusiasm with the mediating role of employee empowerment in Saveh Municipality
The present study was conducted on the effect of job turnover on job enthusiasm with the mediating role of employee empowerment in Saveh Municipality. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive and survey type in terms of data collection method. In the present study, the statistical population includes all employees of Saveh Municipality, whose number is 150 people. In this study, 108 people were considered as the sample size to determine the sample size using Morgan table and by simple random method.To measure job turnover, 11 questionnaires of Moghimi and Ramadan (2011) were used; to measure job enthusiasm, a questionnaire of 17 questions of Salvanava and Shuffley was used in 2001 and to measure the ability of employees, a questionnaire of 12 Spritzer (1995) questions was used. The Likert is measured by a range of five options. . In the data analysis section, the data obtained from the implementation of the questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS software in two descriptive and inferential sections.The results showed that job turnover affects job enthusiasm by 0.514; job turnover affects employee ability by 0.503; employee ability affects job passion by 0.395.
