The purpose of this study was to determine the role of organizational health in the professional development of faculty members of the College of Natural Resources of University of Tehran. The research methodology was applied and descriptive-correlational, and the research population was the faculty members of the College of Natural Resources of University of Tehran (N = 72). Data were collected using two questionnaires of organizational health and professional development. Their Cronbach's alpha coefficients were 0.2 and 0.2, respectively. Content validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires. The results showed that the organizational health status of the College of Natural Resources was above average and the status of faculty members' professional development was moderate. The findings also showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational health and professional development and among the components of organizational health, morale has the most role in predicting professional development of faculty members.
