Analysis of the role of Urban old textures Gentrification on the changes of the identity of inhabitants of old neighborhoods (Case: old textures of Zanjan City (

Contemporary Gentrification experiences in many cities of the world have led to the formation of cultural conflicts as a result of cultural and social gaps, and the gradual disappearance of the cultural and physical structure of the local communities has become obsolete. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the old and old texture identity of Zanjan is altered by the realization. Field and library studies have been used to collect information. The statistical population consisted of the inhabitants of the worn out tissue of Zanjan city. 384 people were selected by Cochran sampling method. Data analysis was performed by factor analysis and path analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study showed that based on Factor Analysis, 65% of the changes that occurred due to the expression of the old texture were carried out in five dimensions. And the physical index with 17% the highest and the economic indicator with 10% the lowest of the change. Also, according to the path analysis, the identity of the worn out neighborhoods of Zanjan city by means of pagination was mostly in the social dimension with the total effect of 0.849 and the physical dimension of 0.798. In this regard, it seems necessary to improve the identity of the worn-out neighborhoods, the provision of special facilities for residents of neighborhoods, the monitoring of how to construct and determine the range of old urban texture and prioritizing construction.
