Assessing changes in urban and rural links in the region's sustainable development system (a case study of the city of Rey and the sphere of influence)

In recent decades, important developments have taken place in order to strengthen and improve the relationship between the city and the village and its connection as the most important development tool in the region's sustainable development system. And this connection and connection has been one of the most practical policies of promotion in various environmental, social, economic and residential hierarchical indicators and quantitative and qualitative changes in the context of urban and rural areas. However, Rey city as one of the old, historical, religious, tourism and special geographical conditions of these cities and these characteristics, cause the surrounding growth and transformation of five villages into cities in the last three decades, the background of various developments in the area and the metropolitan area of Tehran. Has been In this article, while evaluating the changes and examining the relations in the regional structure of Rey city and analyzing and analyzing data and field perceptions and using the results of development plans and documents of Tehran province and Rey city, as well as the territory of Tehran, we can The research findings showed that the difference between administrative, political, natural, economic, demographic, lifestyle and behavioral patterns of residents in demanding the type of facilities in rural areas has become obvious and there is no connection. And the same connection between the city and the village, and that we cannot provide the ground for the realization of the above-mentioned plans without looking closely at the surrounding environment. It is necessary to establish laws with a new goal approach in creating integrated management in such areas, which with special conditions, especially being located next to the capital, seems necessary to achieve sustainable development.
