The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on the coordination of supply chain with the mediating role of organizational learning (case study: Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company). The statistical population of this study is all experts, managers and staff of Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company. The population of this community is about 570 people. The statistical sample of the present study was selected based on the proportion of sample size with the studied population and 230 people were selected using Cochran’s formula. This is an applied research and this research is descriptive-surveying in which the structural equation has been used for data analysis. The reliability coefficient for this study was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha and in all cases the Cronbach’s alpha for the total questionnaires was 0.09 which has been statistically confirmed. The data were analyzed after collection using Lisrel and Spss software version 22, and therefore it was concluded that transformational leadership has an effect on supply chain coordination with the mediating role of organizational learning in Razi Mahshahr Petrochemical Company. Transformational leadership also has a positive and significant effect on the coordination of supply chain in Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company. Finally, transformation of leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning in Razi Petrochemical Company, which indicates that all research hypotheses are approved.
