Management of empowerment and proper implementation of the resistance economic paradigms in energy sector can improve country's authority. In the current situation presenting a comprehensively and integrated economic strategies in the energy sector that includes paradigms of resistance economy are a key priority for achieving the goals of contry’s vision document. This paper aims to develop a set of resistance economic strategies in the qualitative scientific approach for energy sector based on the commands of the Supreme Leader Khamanei. The paper used documentary research in order to extraction of concept statements and then it employs grounded theory for content analysis and coding the most important paradigms. The results explain a conceptual network should be outline considered as strategies for economic planning in the energy sector that they are most important from the perspective of experts.
