Liquidity management, is within the framework risk management of the financial services industry in all financial institutions, both Islamic and tradition part. Because many of the existing conventional financial instruments used to finance are based on interest rates and not applicable for legal and jurisprudential, the Islamic financial institutions, liquidity management and financing, have unique features. One of the important methods of financing process, turning assets into securities, that is one of the new tools in this area with reduced risk of financial institutions. In this study, which has been done in a descriptive and content analysis way, it is discussed the quality and conditions of securitization in Islamic banking and proved that if the use of the financial instruments are within the framework of Islamic banking, the law and jurisprudence is allowed.
