The rapid developments in medical studies has made some challenges in some grounds like artificial insemination, transplant, etc. One of these challenges relates to legal issues of transsexual people affecting all regulations particularly famaily law area. Here there are some forgotten and unseen aspects by the statutory laws. One of the questions in this regard relates to the effect of sex reassignment surgery(SRS) on the crimes committed prior to this evolution and the effects which can happen to the issued punishments . This article is to study the effect of sexuality changing on some crimes like marriage to immature girl, fraud in marriage, and desertion. It seems that the parliament should pay more attention to such matters specially regarding to the public order and public interests, although before that on the basis of legality and its consequences, and according to some reasonable doubts, the punishment shoud be dismissed.
