Explaining the Role of Network-Based Behaviors in the Performance of Production Cooperatives in East Azarbaijan Province

Nowadays the business  environment of organizations is so tribulent which their existence is relates to their cooperation .In this situation the networking is one of the alternatives to face this situation. The present research has been done by the goal of explaining the functional effects of network-driven behaviors cooperativws of East Azarbaijan provience. The research method is of descriptive-analytical regarding the type and applied research regardint the goal . The statistical population of the study consisted of all manufacturing cooperatives including the industrial ,carpet and producting cooperatives  in East Azarbaijan province with 1651 units. The sample size is 313 units which were drawn based on Morgan's . The sampling method was classified . The instrument used in this study was questioner which its vaidity was approved due to using  standardized one and its  reliability was tested through Cronbach's alpha coefficient . Structural equation modeling using Amos software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that network-driven behaviors effect the cooperatives performance and on relationship oriented behaviors but they do not effect market-oriented behaviors including competitor-driven behaviors and customer-centric behaviors..
