Investigating the Performance of Sports Clubs of Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences Based on Entrepreneurial Marketing

Entrepreneurial marketing is defined as the active identification and exploitation of opportunities to gain and retain profitable customers through innovative approaches to risk management, leveraging resources and value creation, and performance is defined as the level of access to the goal. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of Imam Khomeini University of Marine Sciences sport clubs based on entrepreneurial marketing. It is applied in terms of purpose and it is descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 80 coaches and staffs of Imam Khomeini University of Marine Science Sport Clubs. Using simple random sampling method based on Morgan table, 66 people were selected as sample. The data collection tool was a questionnaire used to measure entrepreneurial marketing using the Becher et al. (2012) questionnaire and the Husseini questionnaire (2016) with adjusted Likert scale to measure performance. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha and the composite and validity of the questionnaires by experts and experts familiar with the subject. Data analysis was performed by linear regression analysis and partial least squares method and ANOVA using SPSS and PLS software. increase. It also moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and performance with coaching and coaching staff.
