Persian Reading From Islamic jurisprudence in Iraq Textualization of the Manuscript of the book Torqib al-Salawat on the Subject of jurisprudence and the Rules of Prayer (7th Century AH)

The book Torqib al-Salawat belongs to the Iraqi period, which is written in the prayers of the objective Islamic worship. This work has been preserved for nine hundred years in libraries, religious seminaries, and the centers of science and culture. The present study is based on a critical correction of the text of the book Torqib al-Salawata critique of textual and discourse-based critical linguistics (analysis of the role of ideology and power in the text) and the view of Fairclough (1989). The hypothesis of this study is to examine the characteristics of the Iraqi style in the text from the perspective of history (historical order) and it seeks to answer the question that this verse really belongs to the period to which it is attributed or not? (yes) Is one of the sub-categories of profitable profiteering or Persian language a compact standard? (Persian standard). By examining the text, words, and novel and written combinations that do not exist in Persian dictionaries, there is a valuable analysis of this text, along with valuable historical, geographical, social, and cultural information from the history and society of Iran at that time. Finally, in addition to the bibliography of the mentioned sources, the works and anonymous books that have been mentioned in this work have been discussed and a short section of the text has been attached for more information.
