Improving police performance indicators and promoting organizational intelligence, with an emphasis on the mediating role of social values

Improvement of practical indices are taken as one of the most important requisites of organizations to achieve their goals. These indices are mostly defined as a process in employing knowledge, skill and resources to meet competitive demands and response to environmental needs. This research is designed in order to give solutions for Police practical indices and to do that the role of social values in achieving organizational intelligence was surveyed. As the statistical population of this research, 158 Police + 10 offices’ personnel were sampled through simple sampling method. To assess validity and reliability of the model and test hypothesizes, structural equation modeling with partial list square using Smart-PLS was employed. Results showed that Police is able to improve its practical indices using social values and reach the organizational objectives. Furthermore, sensation and environmental relationships can be used as social based indices.
