Abstract:

The purpose of this article is to explain the responsibility of employees with the attitude of reducing the costs of leaving their duties. The research is done in terms of collecting information in a documentary way and through books, articles, existing laws and regulations and statements of the Supreme Leader and the information is analyzed in a descriptive-analytical manner.
