Design of the Development Model for the Entrepreneurship of Urban Workingwomen (case: Tehran)

This research deals with the design of a development model for the entrepreneurship of urban workingwomen. entrepreneurship is defined as doing new things or pointing out new methods for current tasks. today the importance of entrepreneurship is noticeable for all, as it plays a key role in the development of a country. focusing on the entrepreneurship of urban of workingwomen, this research presents a structural model. with regard to the target, this research is an applied study with a descriptive/heuristic nature. the data have been acquired using questionnaire prepared by the researchers and distributed at random among workingwomen.in order to test the design and the model,the Lisrel 8.8 software has been applied and in order to heuristically analyze the causes,the SPSS24 software has been utilized.the results show that the development process of entrepreneurship is affected by several intrinsic, as well as structural, environmental and content factors,among which the entrepreneurship motivations, the process of carrying out affairs and activities affecting entrepreneurship, structural factors, supporting of new innovation and the new ideas, branding of urban entrepreneurship, growth and development of social entrepreneurship, social innovation and support for innovative structures on woman`s social issues, service innovation&creation of the new values, marketing and paying attention to issues in new woman`s sevice activities, the netwoks of entrepreneurship services and finally the development of new entrepreneurial opportunities can significantly strengthen or impede the process of entrepreneurship.awareness of such requirements and motivations in the presence of the gender differences might facilitate the entrepreneurship of urban of women.
