Presentation of Balance Model of Work and Life of Women in Greater Tehran Police
The purpose of this study was to present a model of work-life balance of Greater Tehran Police
This research is one of the applied research in terms of purpose. The research method was descriptive survey. The statistical population consists of all female personnel in the Greater Tehran Police Command including Prevention Police + (Service and Cops), Intelligence and Security Police, Rescue Police, Drug Police, Awareness Police, Road Police, through sample size. The Cochran formula with a 5% error rate of 233 people was selected by stratified random sampling from among female personnel serving in the Greater Tehran Police Command. Its validity has been confirmed through content and construct validity and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha for all dimensions.
The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to normalize the data. LISREL software was used to model the structural equation modeling method.
All of the components and indicators of the dimensions of the workplaces have appropriate standards for work-life balance. Thus, according to the results, the components of providing services for work-life balance in the first place, work-life balance as a second child, work-life balance in the organization in the third place, having problems for work-life balance and Life ranks fourth, and work-family balance ranks fifth.
