An analysis and Evaluation of Urban Well Governing and Quality of Life (The Case of Sanandaj Neighborhoods’)

the present study uses a descriptive-analytical method, while emphasizing its practical aspect to the analysis and aberration of the relationship between governance and quality of life. Data collection was based on survey technique and made questionnaire and validity was confirmed by the experts of the Department of Urban planning of Islamic Azad University , Sanandaj branch, and Kurdistan University, and its reliability was calculated on the basis of the Cronbach's alpha method in the range of 0.88 to 0.094. In order to analyze the data, inferential statistics (linear regression, correlation and confirmatory factor analysis) and structural equations in Liserel software have been used. The results of the study have shown that there is a significant correlation between the two dimensions, and the results of structural equations show that the level of influence on life quality is equal to 0.42 which indicates the 42percent influence on the definition of quality of life. Also, factor load values indicate the high impact of indices and dimensions in creating correlation between variables. This is especially true with regard to the dimensions of the environment and education, and the results are 0.04, which reflects the utility of the model applied in the research
