Regional Development Strategies in Khorasan Razavi Province with Regional Competitiveness Approach

The purpose of this research is to investigate the regional development of Khorasan Razavi province with a regional competitiveness approach. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the nature of the subject-descriptive-analytical. The library method was used to collect the required data using the field method and the yearbook of the year 1395 in the province and the study of Khorasan Razavi province. The statistical population of the experts is regional development experts and a targeted sampling method is used. The study area is located in the 7th area of Khorasan Razavi province (according to the zoning of the study area). The Meta-SWOT model was used to analyze information and provide regional development strategies in Khorasan Razavi province. The results of the study show that in the regional level, Mashhad area due to the location of Mashhad in this region and with regard to the administrative and political center and the focus of activities and institutions that provide the basis for a variety of job opportunities and ... as A pole that no longer needs to compete with other regions, and therefore has become a source of wealth and power accumulation.
