Measuring citizens' satisfaction with the performance of service organizations in the city of Kouhdasht
Today, due to the complexity and diversity of the needs of citizens and the requirements of the urbanization system, various organizations and institutions are in charge of providing the services needed by citizens. Obviously, the quantity and quality of providing these services have a significant role in improving the quality of life of citizens and increasing their satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to measure the satisfaction of citizens from urban services (public, private and public) in Kouhdasht city. The research methodology is descriptive-analytic and in terms of its purpose. Part of this research is related to the literature of the subject in a descriptive way and the other part is related to field research activities, conducted analytically-survey. The statistical population of this research is residents of Kouhdasht city. For sample size, the Cochran formula has been used for a sample size of 383 people. The sampling method used in this research is simple. The main instrument of the study was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.83). Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the research show that the satisfaction of citizens from urban services organizations in the city of Kouhdasht is low. Also, there is a difference in citizens' satisfaction with urban services organizations among different groups (gender, age, education, length of stay, and employment).
