One of the problems facing humankind today is the health crisis of the people, where most countries are facing a serious challenge. This crisis is due to the lack of sense of responsibility of some people towards their peers, which has caused an epidemic. To explain the responsibility of human beings to maintain the health of others, jurists have cited the important and important rule, and have preferred the prevention of the destruction of others to many things.

The study method in this research is descriptive and analytical, which has been done by referring to religious and scientific texts, and the information has been categorized and analyzed.

The religion of Islam pays special attention to health and well-being, which is expressed as obligatory, forbidden, recommended or disliked. This study explains the Qur'anic and hadithic principles of human health in accordance with the most important and important rule and clarifies that in Islam, both individual and social interests are recognized; and the evidence of social expediency, including verses and general narrations Having and observing social interests in all walks of life, including health issues.
