Understanding of the managers of the Technical and Vocational University of the country of the professional competence of the managers (use of the treasury network)

Technical and Vocational University on the horizon is a powerful university in the field of training skilled, qualified and appropriate human resources, knowledge-based, advanced, industrial and world-renowned. The purpose of this study is to understand the managers of the Technical and Vocational University of the country of the professional competence of managers (using the treasury network). The strategy used in this study is of the mixed type, which takes advantage of qualitative and quantitative strategies simultaneously by adopting the Treasury Network method. The present research is from the perspective of orientation, fundamental and from the objective point of view, exploratory and is among the researches with field character. The statistical population of the study includes experts and managers of the Technical and Vocational University of the country. These individuals were purposefully selected for qualitative interviews on the subject of research (12 interviews with 12 individuals and continued until theoretical saturation). In order to identify the indicators, the Treasury Network method and the average statistical tests, standard deviation as well as the T-sample test (quantitative approaches) were used. The results showed that there are 36 main structures regarding the professional competence of the managers of the country's technical and vocational university
