Comparative study of schools to purchase educational services in primary school with public schools in Qom province and provide a conceptual model

Research has shown that in parallel with the development of science and knowledge, it is necessary to create equal opportunities for all members of society. Therefore, the main purpose of the present study was to compare the comparative study of schools purchasing educational services in primary school with public schools in Qom province and provide a conceptual model.

The research method is library and field. By referring to different libraries, articles and books and reviewing scientific-research articles in magazines, quarterly and monthly magazines that were available in the field of current research, as well as using internal and external Internet sites, the required information was collected. In order to collect data, a semi-structured interview tool was used. Interviews were conducted with experts and specialists in the relevant field.
