Requirements of Organizational Support Perceived in Righteous School in the Fundamental Reform Document of Education
Realization of ‘School in 2025 Outlook’ requires human resource management to build commitment, loyalty, trust and productivity. Therefore, the present study, in the year 2017- 2018, explores the organizational support requirements of the school outlined in the Fundamental Reform Document of Education using a concurrent nesting approach. First, by analyzing upper hand education documents and semi- structured interviews with 13 key informants and educational system experts, the perceived organizational support requirements perceived in HRM subsystems were extracted. For in- depth study of the phenomena and testing the findings of the qualitative method, Mofid educational complex was selected as an example working in accordance with of the Outlook goals, and through Eisenberg standard questionnaire (1986) the perceived organizational support results were investigated among 118 employees and teachers. According to the research findings obtained in 4 human resource management subsystems (provision and adjustment, improvement, maintenance and application), the school educational leadership, when based on goodwill, creates a moral climate at school and a moral commitment in staff; and this provides perceived organizational support framework. Although justice is important and needs to be considered in mechanisms, especially financial ones (in provision, allocation and consumption),. but human dignity is a strategy for establishing a relationship of goodness and justice between leadership and the individual. Also, designing a compensation system in a way that can satisfy all members with a full- scale and comprehensive approach requires diversity and commitment.
