The Relationship between Psychological Hardiness and Psychological Stress with the Life Style of Women with Hypertension in Kermanshah

The purpose of this study was to predict lifestyle based on psychological hardiness and stress in women with hypertension in Kermanshah.This is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the present study consists of all women with hypertension referred to Kermanshah health centers in 1399-1999. The sample in this study was 60 according to Morgan table. They were selected by cluster sampling from medical centers and with the consent of those women who were willing to cooperate in the study, they were asked to complete Ahwaz, Harry stress and light stress questionnaires. Life answered. The results of regression and Pearson correlation coefficient showed that psychological hardiness and psychological stress were able to predict lifestyle. According to the findings of the study, it can be said that psychological hardiness and stress are effective and lifestyle related factors in women with hypertension which can be considered in medical centers.
