Development Planning Of the villages On the Margin of Lagoon Bandar Anzali

Rural Planning as a plan for physical, Economical ,Cultural ,social and body – Spatial development is considered a necessary measure based on which villages on the Margin of  Lagoon  Bandar Anzali have been Studied. Accurate Familiarity with existing Facilities. Capabilities and  difficulties for the purpose Of promoting Villagers `life qualities and states of livelihood through their cooperation in the field are among major goals of this research.             In order to collect data from documentation – library and field studies. an analytic – descriptive method based on systemic approach was used. Here, the way geographical development planning of the villages on the Margin of Lagoon being done is Selected as the main question in the research .According to which Knowledge level of the villagers and Islamic councils with their motivation and cooperation and development Planning of the villages are respectively set as independent and dependent variables. Some of the most important findings of this research are as follows: à  Most villagers were Satisfied with the planning scheme of job creation for the youth, promoting life qualities and States of livelihood and finally, preventing villagers` migration. à Most Of the respondents participated in selecting rural associations. à There was a positive relationship between villagers and their participation in the development planning for villages on the Margin of Lagoon.
