The relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge management
study the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge management was the descriptive correlational was conducted. The population of this study included researchers KlyhY RIPI Tehran to 245 people. The sample is based on Morgan's sampling table, 150 were selected using systematic random sampling method. In this study, two measuring tools of organizational citizenship behavior and Kanvsky Oregon (1996) and the other questionnaire Knowledge Management Nonaka et al. (1995). The results showed that the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship and virtue, and knowledge management there is a significant positive correlation. Also, the dimensions of knowledge management, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge utilization and knowledge storage and organizational citizenship behavior and a significant positive correlation.
