Investigating and analyzing of affected factors on the voting of the Baloch people based upon the discourse of moderation of the twelfth Iran presidential election

Abstract:
Identifying of the variables which influence on the political behavior of ethnic groups and minorities in the electoral process is one of the key issues that has been considered by most current political systems Influenced factors on the voting of the Baloch people based on discourse of moderation in the twelfth presidential election of Iran are analyzed around the issue of research.In terms of political orientation, the research is a applied investigation; but the type of research is the descriptive investigation and had used the survey method. The statistical population is the citizens of Baloch people in Sistan and Baluchestan province who were randomly selected 308 people as statistical samples. The required data were collected by using the questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the research instrument were measured using factor loadings, hybrid reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, convergent validity and divergent trend. After that, the overall processing of the research model was measured. A single sample T-test and Friedman test were used to measure the research hypotheses. The data were analyzed by using smart-PLS and SPSS software. The findings show that legal factors, candidate personality traits, electoral expectations, the influence of political and religious elites, affinity with religious ideologies of minorities, global and regional developments, and the trend of virtual networks in voting for the Baloch people to moderate discourse in the twelfth presidential election have the greatest impact. Also, the historical background of the candidates and the legitimacy of the regime had no effect on the vote of the Baloch people. Meanwhile, findings show that the closeness to minorities'religion, influence of political and religious elites of minorities, virtual networks, electoral expectations, global and regional developments, legal factors, candidate personality and historical factors as the most important roles have respectively contributed in the participation of the Baloch people in the vote  to the discourse of moderation.
