The Role of Knowledge Management in the Development and Successof Insurance Projects

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of knowledge management in project development and their success and to provide optimal solutions. The research method was review and library texts and data-bases were used to investigate the role of knowledge management in project development and their success. The method of gathering information and resources was in a library-like manner from all reputable sources (including books, articles and magazines, sites, computer disks, documents, government official journals, per-sonal and private documents, press, statistics and audio and video documents) and useful information with The use of tools such as fish was extracted from all of them. The findings confirmed the role of knowledge management and its dimensions, including knowledge acquisition, knowledge retention, knowledge trans-fer and application of knowledge on the successful development and implementation of projects. Also, as organizations gain experience and knowledge in the course of their projects, they are very valuable and can help them develop and succeed in the future, and this knowledge, which includes experiences from various projects, Successful and unsuccessful are both facing new professional challenges and opportunities or taking initiatives to accelerate the process. In this situation, it seems that managers have a problem with some of the organizational projects and should equip their staff with the knowledge of how to deal with these problems.
