This study examines the factors that influence administrators’ stress reduction and its effects on Social Security. The research was descriptive– a survey type study. The population of the study included all university administrators in the academic year of 2013-14. Due to the small number of population, the census method of sampling was used. The population consisted of 105 managers among them the questionnaires were distributed. Ninety completed questionnaires were returned to the researchers. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Software. The Results showed that there are certain factors significantly reduce the administrators’ stress and there are significant relationship between these factors and social security.
