Today, many development theorists and thinkers consider the growth of management as the most important principle of economic and social development of societies and, accordingly, have presented significant programs for its growth and expansion. In the current era, jihadi management As a style and model arising from religious thinking and in accordance with cultural and social requirements, it has a long history that can be referred to the time of jihad of Hazrat Seyyed al-Shuhada. The management of the Ashura event was jihadi management, and this issue has been emphasized by the leadership in recent years. If the management of the Ashura event was not jihadi, it certainly would not have become such a lasting event. In the light of jihadi management, an epic is created. This issue should be a model for everyone; Because today, jihad continues in all political, economic, social and military fields, and the field of our conflict with the enemy and its allies is in all fields. The administrators of the Karbala incident can be the model and headline of today's managers and be fruitful in producing the knowledge of Iranian Islamic management and be instrumental in the realization of jihadi management in the country. The purpose of this study is to identify and study the role of jihadi management of Hazrat Seyyed al-Shuhada in the Karbala incident, which can be used as a model of jihadi management. This research is descriptive and uses the library method. The results showed that jihadi management , Is a type of management style that is derived from Islamic management and is in line with our values and culture. And at the end, suggestions are presented.
