Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Commitment of Employees in the Hotel Industry (Case Study: Five Star Hotels Tabriz City)
Present research aimed to Impact of Emotional Intelligence (EI) on Organizational Commitment of Employees in the hotel industry in five star hotels of east azerbaijan including: El-goli pars and Shahriar hotels has been done in the summer of 2019. The data required for this research has gathered by questionnaire with Simple random sampling method through five stars hotels employees of Tabriz City. Also, It has been used structural equation modeling through the Smart pls software to analyze data. The research method is descriptive and correlational and Statistical population of this research has considered all employees of the five stars hotels Tabriz City. The sample size, Style determining volume sample formula 164 people and Were determined With Simple random sampling method. Provided results showing that Emotional Intelligence (EI) and every one of its dimensions on Organizational Commitment of Employees have a positive and significant impact.and also it was shown that variable Relationship Management has the largest is path coefficient and its impact on Organizational Commitment of Employees is higher than other variables.
