Designing structural model for prediction of self-actualization based on Forgiveness with the Mediating Role of Emotion Regulation in Couples
The purpose of this study was to structural model prediction of self-actualization based on Forgiveness with the Mediating Role of Emotion Regulation in Couples referring to the centers of the Dispute Resolution Council of Tehran city. Research method was correlational models using structural equation modeling. The statistical population of this study was all couples with turbulent relations referred to the centers of the Dispute Resolution Council in Tehran in 1397. Of these, 410 people were selected by cluster sampling method. The research tools included: forgiveness of Raye et al. (2001), self-actualization of Jones and Cranndal (1968) and Therese (2002) and Emotion Regulation Graz and Roemer (2004), all of which had credible validity and reliability. SPSS-V23 and Lisrel-V8.8 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that emotional regulation has a mediating role in the relationship between forgiveness with self-fulfillment in couples referring to the centers of Tehran Dispute Resolution Council
