The relationship between first domain of early maladaptive schemas and organizational performance of women managers: role of mediator coping styles and organizational silence
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of mediator coping styles and organizational silence in the relationship between maladaptive schemas and organizational performance of women managers the employees in the municipality of Tehran province. The present study is a fundamental type and of a descriptive-correlational The study population included all women employees in the… Tehran province. The sample size 200 women were selected via convenience sampling and Young Compensation , and Avoidance Inventory, Questionnaires of Van Dyne ، Organizational silence, Hersey, and Goldsmith Organizational performance were filled. Thus, Data were analyzed using correlation tests and Structural Equation with spss and Lisrel software. The evaluation of hypothetical model with fit indexes demonstrated that the hypothetical model fits the measurement model. Structural relations analysis also showed maladaptive schemas indirectly through organizational silence over organizational performance and also the results also showed that the Compensation and avoidance have a direct relation to organizational performance.Thus, based on current research findings, it can be concluded that organizational silence have a mediating role in relationship between maladaptive schemas and organizational performance. Considering these dimensions and effectiveness of the employed mechanisms can be useful in developing efficacious preventive and therapeutic interventions for organizational performance.
