Identifying and Measuring Cause and Effect Relations Factors Affecting Organizational Agility Using Theme and Demetal Analysis Method (Case Study: Metal Products Industries of Kaveh Industrial City)
In today's world, uncertain environment and high market competition has increased the importance of finding agility due to the necessity to act fast and meet the needs of the market day by day. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to use Demetel method to investigate the causal relationships between factors affecting organizational agility in Kaveh Industrial City.The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of senior experts of metal products industries in Kaveh Industrial Township. The content analysis was used in the qualitative section and the dimensional method was used in the quantitative section.The themes were identified using eight themes of customer satisfaction, accountability, organizational change, agility, transformational leadership, information technology, learning organization and flexibility for agility. And four dimensions of transformational leadership, information technology, learning organization, and flexibility were identified as the most effective variables using the DEMATEL method. Transformational leadership is the most influential and agile organization with the most influence and the most effective.
