Effective Corporate Culture’s Model on Human Capital Strategy in Tehran National Library
This study aimed on designing effective organizational culture model on human capital’s strategies. Its purpose is applied-development research; and descriptive-survey one according its analytical level. Studied organization was Tehran National Library that the sampling was equaled 291 persons regarding Morgan table and then it accomplished among its staffs by means of simple random sampling. Tool of gathering data was researcher made questionnaire, which its validity in content and appearance were confirmed by experts and professors, as well as its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.984). For analyzing of data, it was used KMO, Friedman analysis of variance, factor analysis in first and second orders, & SEM. finding showed there were meaningful correlations between variables of organizational culture and variables of human capital strategies. Output of SEM suggested meaningful direct effect of organizational culture’s variables on human capital strategies’ variables. Results confirms conceptual model and high strength of the effects of organizational culture on human capital strategies.
